This is an unmastered version of this tune, and it's the first track on the "EP" I'm producing for my final project at Berklee.

Composed for the 2015 RCM Screen Composers' Orchestral Recording Workshop, this music is a re-score of the animation 'Pigeon Impossible', which follows the story of a CIA agent's first day on the job sabotaged by a hungry pigeon chasing a bagel into his newly issued nuclear briefcase. https://youtu.be/3oexXrwrHkQ

I had the privilege of doing a read-through of this piece at Furman University for composition juries this fall. We only had one short rehearsal ahead of time, so forgive the messiness; but I'm very happy with how well it turned out considering. Also forgive the over-loudness of the piano; it's a very bright one, the lid was open, and we didn't have close mics on the strings. The string players were phenomenal - most of the mistakes were on my end :). Also ignore the awkward dropout of left hand piano towards the end - my pages were about to fall off and I had to catch them. In any case, I hope you enjoy the heartfelt performance! :) As Beethoven once said, "To play a wrong note is insignificant; to play without passion is inexcusable."
