Strange title, you guys. I expected this one to be some desolute noise compilation, but the result is actually quite an uplifting tune. But music is, of course, highly subjective :)

Amazing track with a fantastic interaction of bass and piano. My favorite part is the cross movement starting at 2:26!

Love how the track suddenly explodes. The piano is so good, and the muffled firecracker beat is cool. Great soundtrack vibe to this song.

This is a re-mix of the original we did years ago . Jeff Roberts who created it from my basic acoustic idea wanted to remix and get it out on Spotify under the name of The Bird Thieves . 
Jeff was the first artist I ever collaborated with on Soundcloud and I will always be grateful to him for giving me the opportunity and believing in my raw ideas. 
Since then I’ve have worked with many great talented musicians from Soundcloud . The Conscience Of Kings project with Noobly simply transformed me and my love for being creative all over again. 
Thank you to everyone I have worked with and everyone I have engaged with on this platform.

Our Carpe Diem Remix 2024 The Bird Thieves

This track is the Calaminus remix / re-arrangement of the original released splendid guitar tune of Dan van den Berg (https://soundcloud.com/danarchx) called "Spark of Light"

Well, to be honest: it's not based on the whole track, only on the two rhythm guitars Dan thankfully provided to me. These rhythm guitars alone for themselves inspired me so much cause for me they deliver their own melodic appeal and deserve their own approach due to that. So I asked Dan for the permission to take them as the foundation for my personal version of his tune.

What did I do?
I made 4 guitars out of the 2 original guitars from Dan, re-structured their musical development, added a complete new instrumentation with my own arrangement to them (incl. solos), mixed it all together.  
While the original pace of Dan's tune is 155 bpm, the one here is half-timed (77,5 bpm). In comparison to his original not only this pace has changed...

I can only invite you to listen to both tracks - not only for comparison. Dan van den Berg is an outstanding guitarist and sophisticated composer ranging from Rock, Prog and Fusion to Flamenco and always worth a deeper listen...
