Burgeoning house talent Secondcity returns to Saved with the highly impressive Feel It EP. The Chicago born producer delivers a wide-ranging EP that flows between deep house, heady, relentless techno and more laidback house struts across its four tracks. Displaying both his innate connection to the dancefloor and a versatile dexterity, Secondcity offers another reminder of why he is such an in-demand producer.

The EP sets off in full flight with the powerful, dubby “Feel It.” A fully loaded bottom end pulsates and drives with real purpose as a subtle but addictive groove provides the backbone. Resisting the temptation to explode into wild frenzy, the track chuggs away with a controlled but bristling energy. “Terrace Tech” is more intense, locking into a heady, druggy, heads-down groove that remains unflinching till the last. It has a raw and organic feel but manages to include a sense of funk into its highly hypnotic personality.

“The Lines” brings the pace down somewhat, settling into an offbeat but funky house strut. It’s rolling bassline and inventive hook give the track its distinctive flavor, just as the punchy beats and FX inject the momentum. On “Avec” the collaboration between Secondcity and Kydus, the pair combine a succinct groove with a real sense of swing. The bassline sways beneath some funkified percussion that gives the track an almost laidback but party-centred attitude.

Dutch deephouse talent Daniel Leseman steams into the Kinky Vinyl camp with his fantastic new Tease Me EP.

Daniël is a Music Producer from The Netherlands focussing on the deeper sides of house, gaining support from the ones like Jimpster, Session Victim and Detroit Swindle. He is co-owner of Outplay Records and also one half of Fouk.

Intr0beatz is one of Reykjavik's hottest talents. He grew up making the dopest hip-hop beats in Iceland but has recently been focusing on house music. Intr0beatz demonstrates his talent with his "GFixes" of all three originals where his skilful sampling blend together with his production skills.

On remix duty, WOLF Music’s Greymatter provides his unique take on the original, in preparation for his third LP 'No Blood Without' in spring 2017. In an elegant melancholy of downtempo club sounds Greymatter provides lo-fi drums, chugging percussion and a healthy dose of tape fuzz, providing the perfectly visceral post-club soundtrack.

REELSOUL - MUSIK 2018

So, I made this one a couple years ago but have always liked it and the computer that I made it on fried last week. A bunch of the plug-ins I used on it don't work on Ableton 10 so what are you gonna do. I just gave it a quick master back when I originally made it and I guess I never technically finished it but it is what it is. Also, Figgy sent me a few Rhodes parts that I used during the break after I wouldn't stop asking him.
