Heikki Vastiala (Hexe) makes music, spins records, does sound art, and runs Galaksilevyt - a small record label dedicated to synth-pop. He's known for his solo projects Vokologi, Syvärauma and as a part of Syntetisaattoriorkesteri Galaksi and Toisvesi.
