Cesar Obregon Luna a.k.a X.S.R (excesar) es diseñador industrial, se aproxima a la música electrónica a partir de un gusto particular por las tendencias mas contundentes y veloces, con un estilo industrial y rocker y una formación que ha traspasado desde la música folclórica colombiana hasta el rock de todas las épocas.
Su carrera inicia hace 4 años después de apoyar logísticamente eventos de múltiples géneros, desde el hiphop y el rock hasta las ondas mas fuertes de la música electrónica; luego de este proceso es FunkyPsicho quien lo sumerge por 1a vez en el mundo de las tornamesas, confirmando de este modo un especial gusto por los discos de vinilo, y en este mismo camino encontrando su sonido rocker y oscuro, que ha caracterizado su set.
Después de muchas sesiones y tutorías, se incrementa su intención en la composición en vivo de nuevos sonidos a partir de la mezcla de la música de los productores mas fuertes y oscuros del Drum and Bass y el Hardcore.
En su trayectoria ha compartido escenario con dj´s de mucha experiencia y perfección en la técnica como Sónico, Sebass, Perkuthor, Razor, Plan-D, Drowsyd, Ladyzunga, Tetzuo, Seppuku, Andress Conde, Coma, DaBeat, Fire at work, Hekatel, Electrodistorsión, Submassive, Kolektor, estos junto a otros excelentes representantes del Drum and Bass, el Dark y Hard Drum and Bass, Hardtechno, Technoid, Hardcore y Frenchcore,entre otros géneros veloces y contundentes.
