I feel like this is one of the best of any of the TS/On Deck remixes this year. Hume Audio on the wicked mastering. On Deck is on some other shit for 2024 & this beat is one more good example. another USB & HD only track for most of the year & first time online. now this weapon is yours.

my remix of 2 Block Radius - For Nicole.  dedicated to a friend gone too soon...

This Roam Recordings release is a tribute to Nicole Mason who passed in a tragic accident. Nicole was a major part of the featured artist collaboration 2 Block Radius along with Tom Cloutman and Tee Cardaci founded in 1999.

During the late 90s early 00s San Francisco was a hotbed for dance music. Musicians from around the word moved to the city and serendipitously ended up living within 2 Blocks from each other in the Lower Haight neighborhood. A community of artists and musicians sprouted up. Roam Recordings started there and label boss JP Soul ran a popular after hours spot next to the legendary DJ bar The Top. Tweakin’ Records was on the block and Nicole lived above the store where he kept a recording studio and was always around for deep conversation and a good laugh.
