A Rhythm That Moves

Well 2024 was a good year for me in art and music. Lots of parties, lots of friends, lots of fun new shows. The Los Angeles Underground is rippin’ every weekend with House and Techno everywhere. I think this years Winter Mix is a good representation of that. 
For everyone that listens to these mixes, or comes out to my gigs-- I thank you so much. If it wasn’t for the dance music community, I would probably just be home feeding squirrels.

Hamburg Bass Infectors Late Night Sessions Vol 18

This is my first proper exploration into one of the biggest styles I used to DJ back in the late 90's and early 2000's an explosion of a scene that blended the invasion of the German Trance build and Techno grooved giants, the Antipodean Hard House warriors, the Brit Trance loving purists and Oldskool  Ravers with new breaks and breakbeat vibes emerging, throw in the pure bounce, jungle swaying, deep vocal  and dirty drops of the speed garage explosion..................Hardgroove as I called it back then, threw it all at you in one set.............a fa nominal high energy, groove led but melodically built up euphoria with dirty drops and some classic vocals and rapping one liners fusion party. experience..............you could not help but dance the whole night. 
This is my offering: written completely animated and definitely reliving some great nights, some of my best sets and proper up for it dancing machines.
This is my nod to some of the early pioneers: Untidy Dubs, Tidy Boys, Signum, A9, Mauro Picotto, Burns, Yomanda, Champion Burns, Anon, Joy Kitikonti, Klubbheads, Tony De Vit, Any Burren!!! and continued with passion by the likes of Beltran.............the list could go on and on this was just what popped in my head as i was working on it...............ENJOY :)
