I’m a rapper from East London. Grew up in King Williams Town. I’ve been into rap music since the tender age of 12 but I started making/writing my own music at the age of 15. My style of rap could best be described as new school hip hop. I’m a relatively easy artist to work with, always looking to explore new avenues in music by working with as many and as diverse artist as possible

Lorde Loki offers a new outlook on hip hop as he brings a modernised and fresh approach to hip hop with very powerful lyrical content mixed with urban style of delivery and flow, all rounded up with a unique and very dramatic  hypnotic voice which the artist says came from the area he grew up in which offers a different kind of sound compared to the monotonous tone attributed to most Eastern Cape hip hop artists. He has a very profound style which ranges from storytelling to upbeat "East London Trap & TurnUp" in order to not only suit a wider variety of listeners but also show he can keep up and compete with the ever evolving sound of South African hip hop, although relatively new to the commercial scene, he is seen as a very exciting prospect not only for the Eastern Cape but South Africa as a whole in terms of music and he is definitely one to look out for in the very near future.
