Tijani Joshua Abiodun Adekunle Oluwasegun, popularly known by his stage name Teejay Josh aka Jekanmo or Lover boy, is a Nigerian recording artist, singer-songwriter, performer, and graphic designer....His 2018 single "Money Can't Buy Love" received massive airplay on various Nigeria music tours, club events. His follow-up single, titled "Wagba", "Connect", "Mujo", "Letter To My Son". amongst others also received positive review from music critics and consumers. 

In 2019, he was nominated in Most Promising Act of the Year category at the 2019 Face of FPN Awards night. His 2018 single "Money Can't Buy Love won the Best R&B music songs of the year at THe Face of FPN Awards Night 2019, alongside winning the Best Artist of the Year 2019 for the song title "Wagba", "Connect", "Mujo" 

He is currently signed into two record labels, Mess Crew Entertainment record label Teejay Music Worldwide Entertainment acronym (TMW) record label.

He was born in Lagos State to the family of Chaplain Pastor & Mrs Tijani with a surviving brother popularly  known as Zicoh Teejay. He hailed from Aramoko-Ekiti, Ekiti State, in Ekiti west LGA, he obtained a National Diploma certificate on computer science and a Degree in Bachelor of Science on Computer Science.

He is currently into a relationship with Gladys Ifedayo Oluwadamilola Ologun who happens to be his girlfriend.
He explained to press how he got to derived his name "my name which happens to be the icon everyone would want to hear on the Television and Radio comes from my beloved girlfriend who always encourage me to use the name as it portrait a nice name to audience" Teejay Josh explained.

His interest for music began from when he was a child age 9 performing live on stage in the year 2006 alongside is Dad and his brother to Live audience with the primary genre Reggae.
