Techno Alliance is a collaborative effort born out of the shared desire of Japanese techno parties and techno track makers to "further elevate techno." Track makers collaborate to produce compilation albums, which are then distributed for free at techno parties. This injects new energy into the techno scene, fostering creative exchange and sharing.
