BT Cop, the Glasgow based producer and Dj, will be our guest on the Paisley Dark Radio Show on 3rd April. His identity may well be shrouded in mystery but many of you with be more than familiar with his musical output, with releases on Nein and Evil Plan Records to name but two. For our debut guest mix we welcome John Paynter - local chug legend and general nice dude. John’s library is testament to his wealth of experience as a DJ. He’s a regular face behind the dials at Beatherder festival and holds a residency down at the Outlaws Yacht Club, one of our favourite local venues (go check em out). 

Paisley Dark is John’s most recent excursion; this is the community/label behind ’Shelter Me’, a mind twisting 23 track remix album donating 100% of its proceeds to charity. With such a bounty of projects it's almost impossible for us to pick a favourite! However if you twisted our arm, we'd probably say John's long running radio show ‘A Space Age Freak Out’. This continues to inspire us 5 years on from its inception, sitting close to our hearts as a shining example of our favourite scene and music.

Ed's first London Club experience in 1989 at a basement hotel in Paddington with Weatherall at the helm, changed his life forever.
Ed has a long history of promoting Underground parties around London and beyond, embracing the do it yourself attitude of club promotion in warehouses, scruffy basements, boats and film studios, whilst championing the darker side of house and techno with Twistedfunk & Wriggle.
Some brief “commercial” production success in the noughties, sent him running back to the nearest warehouse where his taste remains…
His current focus is broadcasting, and the curation of his global fortnightly podcast “sonic Service” championing a world class roster of DJ’s and producers that remain true to the underground sound of House & Techno.
2021 will finally see some new solo production output  as digital renegade as well as a new partnership with Microstate music.
