NRP B2B HEATER at Dragon Dance Revolution with JSTDRMN Collective at Forbidden City

This is a re-recording of a mix I performed on Feb 9th, at the Starlite Room at the For The Love of Psy event.

The foundation of this mix was built by the very first song. "Legend of the Rainbow Serpent" by Timo Lissy ft. Ondrone. This is a PsyTechno retelling of a well known Dreamtime story, The Rainbow Serpent. Many indigenous nations in Australia have stories that feature a rainbow serpent, however the most prevalent story is one of creation. How the Rainbow Serpent created the land and the life within it.

There is a lot of death and destruction occurring in the world right now. I find myself feeling a lot of despair, frustration, exhaustion, hopelessness and helplessness with the direction the world has been heading. One way that I have found useful in terms of coping with these feelings is to create. Whether that is creating moments of joy, creating movement or creating connection with people that I am fortunate to meet.

I am hopeful that this mix may give you some space and energy to create something that is helpful for you to continue pushing on and fighting for what you believe in.
