King Addies International Sound System, created in 1983 in Brooklyn, New York City is respected as 1 as the most dominant and iconic sound systems in the world. Addies is a sound who dominated the "The Biltmore Era” which is known as the Golden Era and most competitive period of the Sound clash industry has earned Addies their place in the history books. King Addies also known as the Billboard Sound is THE sound that made upcoming sounds understand that you didn’t have to be a Jamaica based to make it to the top of the industry, making them without a doubt, the most influential of all time. 

Addies emerged as the leading sound out of New York in the late 80’s and 90’s. Pioneered by the legendary selector ‘Danny Dread’, whose contacts helped advance the careers of nuff reggae artists in the international markets of North America and England. Danny Dread’s protégé BabyFace aka LionFace and the talented young MC called Tony Matterhorn have been named two of the best and most talented selectors the world has ever witnessed. The combined strength of the ace selectors Danny Dread & Baby Face and the hype of Tony Matterhorn made Addies an unbeatable force placing a stamp on the industry as the most admired sound in the game. 

Addies has established an unmatched resume, clashing and defeating some of the worlds greatest sounds. Having just celebrated 37 years in the industry King Addies now has new talent that are keeping the legacy going. Selectors in America and Jamaica such as living legend Danny Dread, NecoGlock, Killa Boo, Wynterfresh, SwugeeDon, Sojie Vybez, Syndicate, Viper, Obi Roots and King Pin who have won multiple clashes and also juggle SHELL stages  alongside the biggest artists in a the game all over the world.

Dj Red nasce artisticamente alla meta' degli anni 90, dove la passione per l' Hip Hop lo portano ad avvicinarsi  alla musica, i vinili , la breakdance e la produzione musicale in digitale.
Da li' in poi il suo percorso e' molto chiaro, suonare nei party hip hop piu' in voga e seguiti dei tempi, comincia quindi a suonare e trasportare i suoi vinili funk e hip hop per tutta Milano, da zona Brera ( the Beach club, a C.so Como ( One Love ) , sui navigli e fuori Milano per proporre musica per i ballerini di breakdance e diffondendo speciali mix tape.
Nel 2001 si diploma come esperto in tecnologie audio e dal 2006 lavora come tecnico in RAI a Milano.
Nel 2002 fonda Beat Street un centro giovani in zona Niguarda, a Milano, che infonde la passione per la cultura Hip Hop ai più giovani del quartiere.
Nel 2002 parte per Londra e al suo ritorno intraprende un nuovo viaggio , si avvicina al Reggae e alla cultura dei Sound System, fondando 

nel 2005 la Yea sound, che e' stato uno dei sound reggae più attivi e prolifici in Italia , che produce anche artisti Hip hop e Reggae, conseguendo un buon seguito con le sue release.
Questa esperienza lo porta ad allargare le sue frontiere musicali aprendo per esempio a Brusco, a Ben Harper, Africa unite e altri artisti del panorama musicale internazionale.
Ad oggi collabora con vari progetti musicali, tra cui General Palma sound ( reggae dancehall sound) , con DD project ( esperimenti di djing e danza) , Voodoo Nation ( party di musica elettronica) e Pozioni Sonore ( esperimenti di bartending e djing) e ha uno studio dove mette a punto nuovi progetti musicali e eventi.
