Ussak taksim

Baha Yetkin is a London-based Turkish Oud artist, composer, recording artist, and Makam music teacher. 

Grown up in Istanbul, he graduated from a foundation conservatory. After he completed his education, he took part as an instructor and concert instrumentalist in various concerts. In later years he improved his musical skills by taking lessons from worldwide famous oud artists Mehmet Emin Bitmez, Yurdal Tokcan and Necati Çelik. Meanwhile, he performed in concerts with numerous famous singers and musicians such as Inci Cayirli, Mustafa Keser, Haluk Bilginer, Petros Klampanis, Michalis Kouloumis, Cigdem Aslan and took part in various organizations (Shakespeare’s 7 Theater Play, Alamar Fest, Royal Albert Hall Presents, Istanbul Garanti Jazz Festival etc.). 

He moved to London in September 2015. He continues teaching and sharing his knowledge, experience, and technique with people in several places in London since then.
