“Along 8 mile at the edge of Detroit lies the city of Ferndale, Michigan. Here, the home studio of Polyimide (Derek Fouts) has seen an artistic evolution woven through a space that intends to guide the producer to his clearest vision. The guise of past aliases, inspirations, and writing methods shred apart and give way to a new pulse that intends on exploring a space somewhere between contemporary techno and contemplative listening. Polyimide operates on that the belief that inspiration is a true gift, one that must be paid forward with creative output so as to keep the collective spirit of creation ever cycling.”

Here is the remix pack of Drunken Kong's recent second album, Where We Start. Drunken Kong have come a long way and have been on fire lately releasing everywhere from Terminal M, Octopus, Stereo to of course Tronic. We have recruited some of our favourite producers to rework six tracks. We are very pleased with the outcome as every artist delivered high-quality remixes that compliment the originals. This project will be released in three parts featuring remixes by Christian Smith, Andres Campo, Ken Ishii, Mario Ochoa, Secret Cinema, Ramon Tapia.
