They talk about things called airplanes cutting through the sky,
Man wants wings, wants to rival the birds.
Paper accepts all these glorious plans.
I want to see men flying for real.

Wood and canvas, gravity waits,
Beautiful ideas that don't negotiate.
If it works, great — I'll change my tone,
Until then, I want to see to believe.

Ideas are smoke if they don't touch the ground,
Every year they repeat the same delusions.
The same toast as always, the same bar as always:

They invented something called cinema
That projects life onto a wall,

The City Danced For Me marks the final chapter of this project.
After exploring five different genre interpretations of The City Played For Me, this version brings everything together in its most physical form: Dance.
The composition and lyrics were subtly adapted to support movement, energy, and forward motion, without losing the emotional core that shaped all previous versions.
This track is not about a genre decision. It’s about arriving at the point where emotion turns into motion.
With this release, The City Played / Danced For Me comes to a close.
