O Israel is a song that simply asks my people one thing: Why? Why continue to sin, when the wages of sin is death. You know what you need to do. Repent and return to The Most High God consistently seek his face. But my people are rebellious. So through O Israel, its a song that helps my people self- examine. “Do I really want to die?” Is a question we should be asking ourselves. And we always have to know that the things we face are nothing we can’t handle. When times get hard, you can’t be alone. When we congregate, we have brothers and sisters around us that continually exhort us in the faith. Don’t die Israel. Choose life.
