There's been some big changes in my life recently and I made this to blow off some steam with some slamming kicks. It's probably the most pounding mix I've ever done. Starts more experimental then into mostly techno that gets spicier and spicier. Had a lot of fun finding synergies and switching up vibes. Danced a lot. It was supposed to be 60 mins but I peaked too soon and didn't know how to continue. Story of my life.

Sadhana is a sanskrit word that means spiritual practice, aimed towards liberation. One can think of it as the work done along the path of spiritual progression. For me, my music and my artwork are a big part of my Sadhana, along with assana, chanting, mantra, meditation, and compassion.  In February I was blessed to visit Bharat, mother India, and bathe at the Maha Kumbh Mela, a very special iteration of the sacred Ganga Snaan gatherings where millions of people from all over come to bathe in the sacred rivers for spiritual purification and progression. This gathering has been happening onger than recorded history, and this recent mela marks a 144 year cycle where all of the planets are in allignment with the sun.  This experience and those that followed in Kashi have changed my life in so many positive ways that keep unfolding every day. This album is a collection of songs that I recorded in the first two weeks back in my studio after this trip, heart full of shakti and gratitude <3
