Chesney Wielemans, known as hyalyte, was born in Genk (Belgium) as a true 90’s baby. He decided to start spinning at the age of 15. For several years he experimented by playing multiple alternative genres, heavily influenced by the UK scene.  Nowadays, hiphop and R&B are key in his sets. Do expect a heavily varied performance containining a mix of alternative and commercial tracks. He is very energetic behind the wheels and a flawless mixer. Dont be fooled when you hear a nasty classic dubstep track, a dirty house vibe or a nasty R&B classic in his set. Expirimenting is everything. Hyalyte started producing at the end of 2019. Good choice! In 2020, a horrible year, he took advantage of multiple lockdowns and surprised everyone with powerful, creative edits and official productions, resulting in over 400k plays in a year. His DJ sets keep surprising with national and international guestmixes, heading from Belgium’s ‘Studio Brussel’ to Australia’s ‘Triple J’. The name says it all: "HYALYTE" has to be remembered as the highlight of the night.
