Feeling quite inverted. flipped. reversed and pulled. fleshed out. kind of as if we're suspended in some virtual space that is starting to feel more n more real.

We left Berlin to go on tour last August and we still haven't found our way back to living in the same city. Torn away by personal tragedies and unforeseen stories. All with a dose of corona as the cherry on top. It's been difficult but in some ways we are feeling more inspired than ever.

Today our inversion is reaching new peaks as Behnam is heading to the base and his love in Berlin and I am working and spending time with my beloved in nature before finding my way back also.
.
During this time musically we've focused on giving proper love to each of our releases. But now we come to you with a longly overdue set that clinches a moment of where our hearts and minds have been. So take it all in and lean in. Much love from both of us to you.

The 201th release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint welcomes JFR & Julian Rodriguez back to the label with their "To The Glory EP". Balad, Monojoke & Travis Jesse got invited to make a remix of this beautiful original.
Balad made his debut on Sound Avenue last year together on an EP with Bigasti and recently had releases on labels such as Steyoyoke, Where The Heart Is, BeatFreak & Balance Music.
Monojoke is no stranger to the label. He's a regular since the start in 2013 and released music on labels like Soundteller Records, Or Two Strangers, Springtube, and many others.
Travis Jesse makes his remix debut. He made his first appearance on the label last year on the "We Are The Future" compilation.

The latest release from Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint welcomes Balad back to the label for anew EP entitled ‘A Distant Memory’ The Australian artist first appeared on the Belgian imprintin 2019 with ‘The Days’, an EP produced alongside frequent studio partner Bigasti.

The Sydney residents deep sound has continued to flourish as he carefully adds to a resume that includes releases on Balance Music, BeatFreak Recordings, Where The Heart Is and Nick Warren’s The Sound garden.Now making a welcome return to SoundAvenue, Balad presents his first solo EP for the label alongside a remix from Zone+.

Beginning with the title selection Balad explores a gorgeous blend of organic drums and charming musicality. Warm beats and layers of exotic percussion set the foundation for a narrative of wistful themes and nature motifs.Plush tones then drift over the framework for impassioned moments,before melting to a charming centrepiece and heartfelt finale.
