YOMO is Japanese and can be translated as “every direction“, and this is exactly where we wanna go with the sound on YOMO - exploring every direction of intelligent and meaningful electronic underground music, from subtle progressive house to driving techno.

I am just a dude who has a passion for putting poetry into lyrical motion, flavoring it with that good ol’ flowing boombap goodness. I’m taking hip hop back to basics, telling stories, and overloading it with soul, substance, and lyrical depth. 

I just love music, your mom, writing, and being a general socially anxious manic depressive weirdo trying to navigate the world best I can. 

Every now and then I tend to fall into some rabbit holes, fall off the earth for a bit, fall inside your mom a couple times a day, and/or get weirdly wonky with anything house/techno/psybient/LoFi/trip hop/ etc. 

And my cat’s name is Boonchowmow. And she’s probably more badass than you are. Just accept it. ✌🏾
