Conoselect is about the love for music and the groove. Born in South Italy with an inclination for rhythm, he started his musical journey playing drums and jamming with local bands.

In 2013 he moved to Rome where he approached the clubbing scene, fueling his passion for electronic beats. A few years later the discovery of an old box of LPs sparked a profound dedication to digging and collecting vinyl records, with a particular focus on House, 70's Funk, and Disco.

Since 2020, Cronoselect is based in Berlin, where he showcases his collection through carefully curated sets, seamlessly mixing between different genres and musical influences to create an immersive sound experience.

twenty-first CAST comes from Italian DJ & selector Cronoselect (@cronoselect). a dedicated digger with a background in drumming, his selections are a tribute to groove in all its forms — moving through house, italo, electro & deep cuts. now based in Berlin, his expressive style and love for vinyl come from years of dancefloor exploration & a deep connection to club culture. back in April 2025, he shared the decks with Flaaviø for YMSM closing set @ Bulbul, & this mix follows the same spirit.
"When Flavio asked me to record this mix, I just jumped on the decks & let the flow guide me without boundaries. Pat @paddy-jennings-1 is a Berlin based vinyl loving, eclectic & adventurous DJ specializing in disco, house, techno & all things fun & groovy. as an avid record collector, Pat unearths hidden & forgotten gems with a focus on what will set the dancefloor alight & create lasting memories. through his residency at Refuge Worldwide @refugeworldwide radio station in Berlin he shares his deep passion for music in & outside of the club. this month's CAST is a live recording of the first half of Pat’s all vinyl mix at Bulbul in May, weaving through 90s house to classic & obscure disco to a packed dancefloor, encapsulating the You Mean So Much vibe perfectly.
"To prepare for this mix, I took inspiration from the many amazing previous YMSM CAST's & Bulbul & wanted to fit the vibe of both, with my own spin on it. After a couple of days of going through & playing many records some of my favourite 90s house & various disco records stood out. I was also very happy to start this mix by testing out a track I made that is hopefully coming out soon. I hope this mix gives you some respite & inspiration to join us at future YMSM parties & events"
