The latest strictly limited edition 7" and digital release from  Fresh Up Records, a label specialising in brand-new, old-sounding synth funk, Moog disco and library sounds.

This time, Fresh Up founder Ed DMX brings us two synthy jams using his original DMX Krew name and 80s feel.

"Hot Punch" is just what you need to get your party started: an intoxicatingly spicy blend of vintage synths and catch melodies.

"My Metro" is a slightly slower laser-boogie instrumental featuring heavy drums and bass backing up some sweet synth and Rhodes grooving.

The latest strictly limited edition 7" and digital release from Fresh Up Records, a label specialising in brand-new, old-sounding synth funk, Moog disco and library sounds.

This time around it's our strongest release so far, from dynamic duo Ike 'N' Mike.

A side "Star Epoch" is an uptempo disco number with rhythm guitar picking worthy of Nile Rodgers backing up some cheeky synth melodies.

B side "Dimestore Boogie" sees Ike 'N' Mike flexing their muso muscles in a jazz-influenced smooth boogie number with a funky vocoder vocal.

Today is my birthday! So I decided I'd release my Phantasy Star Online tribute song! My favorite game of all time! MONOMATES

Phantasy

Old cut of the final 'dungeon' theme from ECO's fourth and final season. (For reference, I'm just starting on the second one now, so I've had this song in the planning stages for ages.) Ironically, I tried to redo this song about 4 or 5 times since I first wrote it back in 2003 (maybe earlier, I'd have to see if the MIDI file is still dated. xD) when I was a teeny tiny Woofle. Each time I got close to the end of a draft in ECO, I'd open up the old MIDI file and change some stuff around with new knowledge I'd gained on my journey, only to go full Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, and start all over again on the story and abandon the file yet again. Since I'm working on the final draft now, I think I'll only touch this up once more -- probably in 2017 or so when I reach the end of the first story. Anyway, this is how it sounded last time I got close to the end, in 2012.
