현대 아티스트들인 The Weeknd와 Bruno Mars 뮤지션들도 80년대 사운드를 재해석하는 노래를 통해 관심을 받고, K-pop에서도 80~00년대 음악을 현대적으로 재해석하는 트랙들이 등장하고 있다는 점에서 현대와 과거의 음악이 상호작용하고 있다고 생각했습니다.
이러한 점에서 현대음악 역시 과거 음악에 뿌리를 두고 지속적으로 발전 중이라는 영감을 받아 음악의 지속적인 발전과 연속성을 나타내는 것을 표현하고 싶었고, Future bass와 80'S disco를 융합한 곡을 작곡했습니다.
