This meditation I have been teaching the last 30 years. It is best to do when sitting up and also with earphones. Find a quiet place that you can at least 40 minutes by yourself.  It is my voice Raylene Abbott accompanied by a tambura to guide you into the process of connecting you with the Sacred Womb. This meditation can be done once a month or when ever you feel the need of clearing of your sexuality. A woman's sexuality is connected with her creativity. When the womb is healed her creativity can flower.

When dancing alone or with others, we come back to a state of primal innocence, where imagination and sensation provoke in us a sacred moment of sublime surrender.
