I try not to take on too many remixes as my current focus is on writing my new record, but when I received the request from Lana Del Rey I just couldn't resist - her voice is like silk and I was really vibing the brass too. "For about two years, after the release of my latest album I decided to come back to proper dance music, I did a few collaborations with Polo&Pan, Fatnotronic and Bertrand Burgalat, all track about DANCE, to be played in club.
Rollercoaster is somehow the climax of this, really simple, straight to the point, house and disco with a unique string melody coming all along and two drops.
I think it’s a bit like an indie song with only two chords, the essence of how it has to be.
I played this all summer, and no one complained. It remind me a bit of the first Cassius tracks, so with the terrible news we had recently I consider this as a tribute to a friend and one of my mentors."

After two singles released on Cookie Records, they join Yuksek's crew at Partyfine with their single "Vai Ser Muito Bom".
In "Vai Ser Muito Bom" ("it's going to be great" in Portuguese), the "garota de Ipanema" (the girl from Ipanema) invites Les Hiboux celebrate Carnival in Rio de Janeiro. She lists with excitement all the wonders of carnival and of the brazilian culture as a whole.
The single is released with 3 quality remixes:
- a remix "Bloco" (which is the traditional gathering of percussionists in street carnivals) by YUKSEK.
- a slow techno remix "I don't Speak portuguese" by CLAAP! because the meaning of the lyrics no longer exists in his version !
- a "Maneiro" (chill, relax) remix from V4YS, perfect to watch the sunset with a caipirinha in your hand.
