It plays as the area music on the Thames and on Duneman Isle. It also plays in the following cutscenes (SPOILERS):

-Fei and Elly first see the Thames (the track fades in as the Thames comes into view). The track continues as the cutscene music until when Dominia and Kelvena start their attack.
-The Thames Captain sees that the Yggdrasil is being attacked by Dominia and Kelvena.
-Bart wines and dines with the Thames captain.
-The Thames Captain reassures the party that they're doing okay against the Wels, and tells them to check out the Zeboim dig site.
-Hans tells the party that the third Gate is at Sargasso Point.
-The Thames Captain reveals that he's alive to Hans and the party.
