My version of the famous opening theme song of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I know there are many covers out there, so I hope this one is unique to my voice/way of singing and you like it. :)
The lyrics is sung from the point of view of an "angel" to a boy which I assume is Shinji in this case.

Its one of my favourite anime openings ever (its so epic sounding Xd) so I'm glad I finally recorded it. Let me know what you think!

残酷な天使のテーゼ Zankoku na tenshi no thesis / Cruel Angel's Thesis (歌って見たCover) EVANGELION

The last recording of 2013. Its been quite a good year, and I guess its the time of the year for some nostalgia. This is an insert song from the anime "Ikoku meiro no Croisee" which means "To a distant you". In the context of the story, was written by a character's grandfather when he was separated from her Japanese grandmother because their relationship was frowned upon.

Tooku kimi e 遠く君へ (Cover) 歌ってみた 「異国迷路のクロワーゼ」

First english cover (ever!). This is the english version of "1000 words" from Final fantasy X2. May upload the japanese version later. I knew and liked this song almost a decade ago, but wasn't good enough to do a decent cover, so thought I will try again now after being inspired by a really good cosplay done by fellow countrymen (the backdrop is the iLights exhibition at Marina Bay! See song image). Done in 2 takes.

Cover of kakusei toshi (覚醒都市) originally by Akino Arai (新居昭乃). It was used as ending song for the anime Tokyo underground. I really like the its lyrics, and listening to it conjures up the image of a quiet peaceful white city extending into the skies.
