Sammer Aziz (born October 13, 1993), professionally known as Paul Russel, is an American record producer, audio engineer and entrepreneur. He began his music career in 2015, attending the SAE Institute and earning his degree in audio engineering. After freelancing for two years and accumulating credits, he decided to launch a record label called 24th Hour Entertainment with frequent collaborator Savage G. 

He is currently focused on managing his roster of artists and mixing for artists across the Hip Hop industry. His goals are to help artist develop their unique sound and direct them in making good career choices. Some of his influences include producers such as Kanye West, Alchemist, Chad Hugo, Mike Dean, Lex Luger & many more.
