Welcoming LuizFribs as the 22nd guest on the inTension Podcast!

Born and raised in Brazil, LuizFribs has shown himself as one of the promising names from the new generation of hard techno, with a consistent support collection from the kinds of Amelie Lens, Kobosil, Regal, SPFDJ, Parfait and Sara Landry. Delivering an energetic, acid and hard-driven authorial live performance, his signature sound is strongly influenced by 90s techno and trance with a pinch of 80s synthpop and has already been signed by notable labels as Etruria Beat, The Meaning of Rave, Gomboc and Autektone.

A violinist since his very early years, Fribs incorporates the instrument into techno on a very distinctive and unusual way, giving it a touch of modernity and brutality. Counting on some analog and digital machines to improvise new tracks alongside the performance of his known ones, the result is a dynamic and impressive live act that was described by the blog Music Is 4 Lovers as “breathtaking”.
