After teaming up with the likes of Kittball, @deepalmarecords founder @yvesmurasca returns to his own imprint presenting his new single ‚Right On’, with German Tech House masters @piemont and label regular Juloboy (@julo-p) providing enchanting remixes.

Yves Murasca’s multifaceted style of house music stands tall on the international circuit, drawing from a myriad of musical elements spanning house to tech to deep and back. This German musical linchpin has cultivated his craft over years of experience; equally as at home in the studio as he is in the club behind the decks.

’Right On’ now sees him deliver his first strike in the new year, a smooth and warm summertime number that pairs a deep moody bassline with stabby chords and an impassioned vocal. 

Germany’s renowned duo Piemont (Toolroom, Glasgow Underground, Exploited) from Hamburg then present a trippy remix with infectious groove built on shuffling hats, flying arpeggios and twisted vocal effects, before Déepalma regular Juloboy lays down a deep balearic cut composed of chilled low-ends and soothing chords.

Yves Murasca ‘Right On’ drops on Traxsource on 3rd of March. The official release on all platforms worldwide is taking place on 17th of March 2017.

Celebrating 200 releases, Colorize is delighted to present Colorscapes Volume One.

The first in an annual series of exciting compilations, this is a landmark release for the label who recruits leading artists Matt Fax and Dezza for two thrilling mixes that feature 35 exclusive tracks showcasing the most exciting acts in Progressive, Deep and Melodic House.

On Colorscapes Volume One, Matt Fax and Dezza bring together established Colorize names like PRAANA, Andre Sobota, Anden, Sound Quelle, Boxer, Hexlogic and Milkwish with exciting label newcomers like Pete K, Murtagh, Rylan Taggart, farfetch'd, Andromedha and Tripswitch. Matt Fax brings two electrifying remixes to the compilation with 2005 techno sensation 'Rej' by German act Âme and British DJ/Producer D.O.D.'s 2018 house hit 'Glow' getting reworked in remarkable fashion. The mixes build and swell organically with both DJs flexing their talents effortlessly, creating two exhilarating mixes that will take you on a voyage into the deep and progressive.

With Matt Fax and Dezza reaching new heights as artists and becoming concrete names in the world of Progressive House, this compilation comes at an exciting time for Colorize. Since his first release on the label in 2013, Matt Fax has seen immense growth as a producer through releasing impressive, genre-expanding singles and his debut artist album Contrast in 2017, and as a DJ having played a run of shows from Europe to Asia in 2019 as well as the Progressive Stage at Electronic Family in the Netherlands. Canadian DJ/Producer Dezza has also had a whirlwind of a year, releasing his debut artist album Cosmos, a tour of Australia, ASOT900 and then playing at the Budlight Dreams festival in Toronto in June. The two artists also headlined a sold-out show at London's Oval Space in July for the first Colorize event.

Colorscapes Volume One will be supported by a launch party at London's renowned venue Egg on the 22nd of September which will see Matt Fax and Dezza headline with support from Amy Wiles, Boxer, Sound Quelle and Steve Brian pres. Cabriolet Paris. An official label event will also be held in October during Amsterdam Dance Event, followed by a North American co-headline tour from Matt Fax and Dezza that will feature other prominent Colorize artists.

Murtagh brings his debut release to Colorize with fantastic single 'Rush / Leaving'. 

The Irish producer made his first appearance on Colorize in Dezza's mix for the 'Colorscapes' compilation, taking the Canadian's ambient track 'Apollo' and cranking it to 10 with a fierce Progressive House remix. 

Now he brings his first solo release to Colorize. 'Rush' is dynamic and energetic with its arpeggiated synths building unstoppable momentum while ambient track 'Leaving' acts as the perfect foil to the opener's intensity, drifting in and out of focus, precariously avoiding an explosion into life. 

'Rush / Leaving' is the outstanding debut Colorize release from Murtagh.

Undefined (MT) come through with the last Colorize release of the year - this is their stellar five-track EP 'Holma'!

Wrapping up an exciting 2019 for Colorize and for themselves, Maltese producer duo Undefined (MT) unveil five tracks that together form a cohesive, engaging project, demonstrating their tight production skill and ability to craft dynamic House music.

Opening track 'Holma' features glistening synth arps and puts their polished approach on fine display, while second track 'Kappar' features a slick transition into darker, more nebulous territory. 'Sqaaq' and 'Layl' follow, already previously released as a standalone project, and 'Paachi' closes the EP, on which the duo explore elements of Electronica, forgoing percussion for a synth-laden, airy track that will take you on a sonic journey.

Whether it’s teaming up with the likes of Tube & Berger’s Kittball Records, renowned Milk & Sugar Recordings or releasing on his own Déepalma imprint, Yves Murasca is a name in hot circulation. As a DJ, he’s spiced up clubs all over the world: from Europe to Russia, South, Middle and North America, not to mention festival appearances at prodigious events including Amsterdam Dance Event and Street Parade in Zurich.

Yet Yves comes from humble beginnings. Born and raised in a picturesque village in Southern Germany, he started out with music lessons at the age of five. Soon after, as a teenager, his passion turned to 90s hip-hop acts like Gang Starr and The Roots, whose soulful handling of beats and bass would provide the inspiration and foundation for Yves’ love of big grooves, true soul and immersive atmospheres.

Then, whilst living in Ibiza for two seasons, Yves picked up the DJing bug and was booked consistently for the years that followed. The passion in the clubs soon crossed over to his productions and before long, Yves was able to boast some stunning releases ranging from ‘All About Housemusic’ on Milk & Sugar Recordings which sold out two Vinyl editions and whipped up thousands of downloads online, to more recently his ‘Hypnotize’ EP on Kittball with Rosario Galati. The EP provided two tech-house smashers that appeared on countless charts and received heavy rotation from top DJs in their sets – The most recognizable of which is Objektivity boss Dennis Ferrer who played out “I Don’t Need You” as an essential tune in practically all of his sets during summer 2016.

2017 then kicked off not less successfully with the release of Yves’ solo single ‚Right On’ via Déepalma. A ’warm, plush sound that delves deep with rich pads that evolve when married with bright, dancing arpeggiated synth melodies“ (Source: Knights of the Turntable). ‚Right On’ reached one million views on YouTube within only a few months and was licensed to many different countries across the globe after hitting the most relevant download stores’ Top 100 charts. Not to mention getting plays by such luminaries such as Mark Knight, Laidback Luke or Wankelmut amongst many others. 

The second half of the same year just continued as successfully as the first one, with the release of two more collaborations with Rosario Galati: 'From The Stars', also on Déepalma and 'The Light' feat. Chasing Kurt as the follow-up to their 'Hypnotize EP' on Kittball Records. With great support across the DJ world by artists such as Gorgon City, David Penn or Claptone and plenty of Blog and radio support the summer couldn't end any better.

Likewise Yves’ music has also been remixed by a flurry of reputable acts, finding new form by artists like Superlover, Teenage Mutants, Dario D’Attis, Piemont, Simone Vitullo and Tapesh.

Alongside all of this, since 2013, Yves has launched and managed his own record label Déepalma Records featuring a growing number of distinguished producers such as CASSIMM, Dayne S, Satin Jackets, Vanilla Ace, Lexer and Giom, not to mention championing several infectious compilation series that have chimed with fans all over the globe.

Add an ever growing set of accolades from across the board - making Traxsource’s ’Top 100 House & Indie Dance Artists’ lists in two consecutive years or charting at #1 in Germany’s electronic iTunes album chart on numerous occasions - and it’s easy to see Yves’ innate ability to make, play and curate quality electronic music.
