When you’ve waited for people to show up, fight for you but their words don’t match their actions, sometimes you have to let them. Let them treat you how they choose without prompting to see the truth. It hurts but you find out where you are in the priority line. Family, friends, relationships. Stop pouring your all in to one person when you’re not getting the same back and let them act for once. Let them show  you if your hope is misguided. Let them. Sometimes you have to love them and lose them if you never truly had them to begin with.
