Swiss electronic music producer King Ben is set to captivate listeners with his latest release, the “Austuminzi” EP on Kindisch. This two-track collection showcases King Ben’s signature style, blending organic elements with deep, melodic grooves to create an immersive listening experience.

King Ben’s deep love for house music drives his relentless studio work, where he blends diverse influences from jazz and hip-hop to pop. His music is both melodic and minimalistic, offering a distinctive and personal sound in the electronic music scene. His dedication soon led to releases on respected labels like Kindisch and Bar 25. His meticulous approach often involves days or weeks of experimentation, ensuring each track reflects his artistic vision.

The title track, “Austuminzi,” is a beautiful exploration of organic downtempo house. Anchored by a simple yet captivating bassline played on an upright bass, the track unfolds around a haunting vocal chant that guides the listener through an evolving soundscape. Subtle synth sprinkles add texture and depth, making “Austuminzi” a track that is both introspective and danceable—a perfect example of King Ben’s ability to craft music that resonates on multiple levels.

The second track, “Sometimes,” continues the journey with a focus on organic sound design, this time built around an evocative Arabian flute theme. The track’s downtempo groove is complemented by rich, earthy tones, offering a serene and hypnotic atmosphere that invites listeners to lose themselves in its intricacies.

The “Austuminzi” EP is another milestone in King Ben’s evolving career, offering listeners a taste of his evolving sound and his commitment to creating music that transcends the ordinary.

It was the craziest experience of my life. The power of music is to bring people together. That's why I’m so touched that so many of you shared these two hours with the kind of music that brings me personally the biggest joy.
