A life of failure is all I have at best
So full of sin with much self-righteousness 
As I keep going, I fail the Lord each day 
And I'm brought to my knees to pray. 
Jehovah Savior, reach me with Your mercy now today.
 I need you Lord Jesus to save me from my way. 
You are faithful, and my hope is in You, Lord.
 You will deliver me more and more.

My heart desires you, and yet there are those times 
I realize my hearts do not align Your heart's for Zion. 
My heart's not fully there. 
But I come forward to declare 
Oh Lord, I open wide to be drawn continually. 
Remove the objects of affection by degrees. 
Substitute them with the interest of Your heart. 
A heart for Zion in me You'd impart.

O how I thank You for faithfulness bestowed. 
Within my being Your blessing's been outpoured. 
It's by Your mercy I have not been consumed. 
And my dear Lord, it's all by You. 
It's not of him who wills, nor is it of him who runs. 
But it is him to whom God's mercies daily come. 
Make us faithful to be emptied when we come. 
A vision we'll receive -- more of Zion.

Everything Is In The Breath

1. I'm just a little flower with open face;
I'm fully turned to God, receiving grace.
I don’t know how to try. This is my case
I’m just a lily trusting God

2. There’s nothing on this earth that I desire.
There’s no experience that I require.
I only want one thing that I aspire
To be a lily trusting God.

3. If when I trust in God I’m put to shame;
If when I walk with God I come out lame;
These things don’t bother me; I’m not to blame

Have faith in Jesus Christ. He’s always near!

I may not know so much, but still I shine.
For I’m a lily trusting God.

8. And please don’t bother me with all your cares;
Don’t make me listen to your begging prayers;
Our God is very great—He really cares!
Just be a lily trusting God.

But if you knew my heart, I really do;
Yet lilies don’t know how to fret and stew
