Dubstep SF is excited to present a great single from the 'Zenquence' project called 'Zen Pequenho'!Luis Velazquez aka ZENQUENCE starts his passion for electronic music with generes like progressive and trance and with the knowledge of being a drummer hi starts his firs productions at the age of 15 , at the age of 20 hi make his first live act with the aka of sundayhero and starts to touring in all Mexico raves festivals and clubs the music was techno and minimal but with the energy and feeling of psychedelic music 10 years later hi starts and return with the genre hi likes the most de full-on and morning trance making this new project called ZENQUENCE. Label head honcho, DJ PHOBOS is back on Looney Moon Records series to present his current favourite seriously mad dancefloor bangers.

After promoting Trance parties in Italy for many years, the illustrious crew of Looney Moon eventually decided to spread the vibe of their events to an international audience. And which better way could have been chosen than doing this via music? So Looney Moon Records was founded in 2008, drawing on a collective of promising and varied artists from the very first day.   Concerning the music, the two label heads DJ Fog and DJ Phobos manage to realize a refreshing independent underground style. Based on a very sophisticated approach towards production quality, Looney Moon stands for highly energetic, kicking bass sounds and catchy synthesizer riffs, escalating to twisted sound structures and uplifting breaks and finally joining all the musical forces again in an intelligent, harmonic and melodic groove. This sound philosophy is currently represented on the new compilation “Looney Mood” that lives up to its name pretty much and therefore includes some seriously mad dance floor bangers.

Egohunter Label Series Vol. 1 - Mixed by Psysex

REFOCUS is Zahaan Khan, psytrance  artist originally from Kashmir, India. Deeply fascinated by psychedelic culture, he discovered a strong connection to psytrance, leading him to develop a keen ear for its hypnotic beats and sounds. Frequent trips to Goa from 2010 to 2013, while he lived in Pune, India, gave him a comprehensive understanding of the psytrance scene and its roots. In 2015, he pursued formal training in Electronic Music Production at ILM Academy in Gurgaon, New Delhi, where he was exposed to sound synthesis and learned the tools and technology of music production, allowing him to transform his ideas into sounds.

Under the project name REFOCUS, he has released music on prominent labels in the scene, including Digital Om, Techsafari Records, Ovnimoon Records, and Yellow Sunshine Label. The sound of REFOCUS is a unique blend of progressive and full-on psytrance, characterized by atmospheric layers and hypnotic leads, designed to provide listeners with a deep, high-energy dance experience.
