Victoria (toy) DeIorio combines her multiple careers to continually produce her art in theatre. With a BFA in Musical Theatre, and studying classical acting in London at RADA and LAMDA, she transitioned from the performance artistry to the technical. Her compositions and sound design have been heard Off-Broadway: A Christmas Carol @ St. Clements; Two Point Oh @ Primary Stages; Cassie's Chimera @ Joe's Pub (the Public); The Bluest Eye with Steppenwolf @ The Duke Theatre; and Ophelia @ the The Connelly. National Tour: Private Lives with LA Theatre Works. Regionally she has worked with Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Goodman, Steppenwolf Theatre, Milwaukee Shakespeare, First Stage, Victory Gardens, Northlight Theatre, Chautauqua Theatre Company, Indiana Repertory, and other national theatres; as an associate designer at Milwaukee Rep, People’s Light and Theatre, and Geva Theatre. In Chicago she has designed productions with Writers’ Theatre, The Next Theatre, Remy Bumppo, eclipse theatre company, Lifeline Theatre, Light Opera Works, Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, and other smaller storefront theatres. She has been nominated for 11 Joseph Jefferson Awards, winning 6, and she has received 2 After Dark Awards for Fiddler on the Roof, and The Shadow. Victoria is a founding member of Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, and ensemble member with Lifeline Theatre, and an Artistic Associate with The Next Theatre. She is the head of Sound Design at The Theatre School of DePaul University. She has produced 2 CD's of her original music with her band ToyBand.

John Zalewski is a sound designer and composer with a rich background in visual arts, deeply influenced by the late theater auteur Reza Abdoh's work in the 1990s.
His extensive portfolio includes Off-Broadway projects such as Everything You Touch and Mayakovsky and Stalin at Cherry Lane, as well as AZAK at Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre. Regionally, John has contributed to productions like Destiny of Desire at major theaters including Arena Stage, Goodman Theatre, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, South Coast Rep and Cincinnatti Playhouse in the Park and Hold These Truths across prominent venues like Pasadena Playhouse and American Conservatory Theater. His work spans other notable institutions like the Humana Festival, Boston Court Theatre, Portland Center Stage, Guthrie and Disney Hall, as well as international projects like Wilderness’ The Day Shall Declare It in London, which won a 2015 Ovation Award for it’s Los Angeles version. Most recently John designed and scored Son of Semele’s Crevasse at Victory Theater and American Mariachi with Latino Theater Company. John’s accolades include eight LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards, 26 nominations, four LA Drama Crit’s Circle Awards and several other prestigious honors, solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in performance sound design and composition.
