Francesca Louise is an indie/folk singer-songwriter based in Liverpool, whose story-telling live performance is one to watch. Her Carole King and Laura Marling inspired vocal style pairs with the lyricism of the likes of Billie Marten and Joan Baez. Louise gained her first BBC Radio 2 airplay with Jo Whiley and has achieved support from Fresh on the Net and BBC Introducing regional stations, after her latest releases. New music is on the horizon and the artist is attracting listeners from across the UK since her TV appearances on Series 6 of The Voice UK. She has supported established songwriters; Starsailor's James Walsh and Seahorses Chris Helme being at the top of her list so far. Latest festival line ups include Cambridge Folk and Lancaster, and she looks to gain more traction in 2024 with new material and live appearances.
