Some are seekers of the truth, searching for self-realization and freedom from suffering.
Some are seeking ways to become a healer, others are simply looking for a way to get healed. Some are skilled meditators, some are intermediate or beginners.

No matter where you are at on your spiritual path, my teachings are very simple. Keep quiet, stay silent, stay still and present and keep your heart open to love. The more your mind is silent, the more your heart opens and the higher your vibration becomes. Higher vibrations lead you to a higher frequency reality and eventually merge you into the 5D Quantum Awareness frequency where you discover the truth of who you are.  You are the infinite pure love and presence. You are the Infinite Oneness.
