The more your mind is silent, the more your heart opens and the higher your vibration becomes. Higher vibrations lead you to a higher frequency reality and eventually merge you into the 5D Quantum Awareness frequency where you discover the truth of who you are.  You are the infinite pure love and presence. You are the Infinite Oneness.
