Juniana comes from a background of classical training and audio engineering.  Early in her studies, the discovery of musique concrete and neoclassical minimalism reformed her habits of listening- the purpose of music being not for pleasure or entertainment but for an altered sense of both the inner and outer human experiences.The creation of music turned into a search of the musical quality of everyday sounds and their relationships with each other and their environments.  She uses these to create listening experiences that allows the listener to explore and get lost while still sensing the comfort of familiarity. Juniana thrives in collaborations with visual artists, but also enjoys occasional live performance with Portland’s Extradition Series and Vacilando.

DJ FM has been a part of the southeast EDM scene for close to 20 years. As a DJ he’s played from Baltimore to Burning Man. As a musician he's performed his original electronic music with a live band and frequently incorporates live instruments into his DJ sets. He's produced over 90 songs, instrumentals and remixes, and even had his original tracks used on MTVs Real World, Road Rules, The Hills and Making The Band. His latest single "Halo (feat. Julia Vo) was featured and shared on Dancing Astronaut, the biggest EDM blog His most recent LP, “Last Man Standing,” as well as a remastered version of his first EP “Breakup” (1998) are available now on iTunes and Spotify. From 2010-2013, FM was resident DJ for Revolution Raleigh at Lincoln Theatre, the first monthly *cirque-themed* EDM party in the Triangle area with average attendance of 400+. FM also DJs Mardi Gras at Castle McCulloch in High Point twice a year, and the Couture For A Cause/Shop For Good fashion show in Raleigh to benefit Activate Good.

I wish you could just record silence and then play it on loudspeakers on full blast to make the whole room quiet.
