Cristina aka Cosmica started her career in 2009 as a dubstep/drum and bass DJ and producer, but in 2012 she changed the style into more Deep DubTechno , RoMinimal, Acid and Breaks as she discovered electronic underground music scene. She played alongside romanian DJ, such as Bryz, Rolf Ono, Costin RP, Nu Zau ect.

Cosmica’s philosophical approach on music is as refreshing as it is intriguing. Her personal life view and mindset powerfully impact Cosmica’s music, as she draws inspiration from the universe and its many wonders, using creation as means to expressing meaningful messages and state of mind.

Her music reflects deep love for nature and numbers. Each production has a beautiful story behind and a purpose which goes beyond just entertainment, offering the right moods and mindsets for deeper self-discovery and self-expression,aways analog-made tracks. 

She will release her very first EP called NonCulori this fall.

In this new EP, Leo Leyzerowitz delivers three tracks influenced by his love of contemporary art. Each piece is a condensed collection of living textures and frequencies designed to penetrate the heart.

Unlike the other pieces designed for the gigs, Andromeda is part of the duration, and represents the repetitive side of the action, the hard work, but also the inexhaustible desire to dance, dear to the artist.

The two remixes produced by Aspot, Lloyd Tate & Beckhaüser, three figures of the microhouse, complete the project by giving it a wider impact, and by bringing new colors as deep as intense.

Nicolas van Dedem, better known as BALU, is a Utrecht based vinyl collector/selector from Frankfurt am Main that turned to DJing through his endless love for music and the sonic experience it can bring to our lives. 

“For me music is an emotional life companion and has steered me in various ways. Music helped me to overcome anxieties and misconceptions about life and show me the real meaning of beauty in its purest form.” 
BALU comes from the analogue music world and plays guitar, piano, drums & percussions and only briefly immersed himself with digital djing for about two years to quickly turn back to analogue with his vinyl records. For 10 years now he has been actively collecting vinyl and his collection is growing everyday with genres ranging from jazz influenced hip hop to acid techno. Also micro-house and the minimalistic genres have coined an interest and are often mixed with dub techno and break-beat cuts that definitely stand out in his oeuvre. 
Moreover, he is often booked for his funky disco-house sets in and around Utrecht, Netherlands, where he curates an online radio station called Birdcage Radio and runs 3 labels called Minokawa Records, Artefax Movement and Unmute.

exxclusive | Locky Mazzucchelli - Day 25 | Small World

Locky Mazzucchelli has a knack for twisting familiar elements into unexpected shapes, and “Day 25” on Small World Compilation Vol. 2 shows just how deep his experiments run. The track opens in stripped-back territory: bleepy acid fragments orbit around one another, setting up a sense of both tension and playfulness. A raw, no-nonsense house bassline soon locks the groove into place, grounding the track’s restless swirl with body-moving intent.

But “Day 25” doesn’t stop there. About halfway through, a deep and dubby synth line creeps in, instantly shifting the mood and widening the scope. It’s a moment of transformation that recontextualizes everything before it - turning what could’ve been a lean acid-house workout into something layered, hypnotic, and emotionally resonant. Funky, raw, and subtly heady, it’s a track that straddles the line between peak-time propulsion and afterhour introspection, perfectly aligned with Small World’s ethos of global-minded yet floor-focused sounds.
