In 2014, 3 producers were on different paths involved in their own take on minimal music. Reezak (Morocco), Fahd (Morocco), and RazV (US). Reezak and Fahd saw that they were a similar path and formed the duet Origins Of Time. Yoruba Grooves, Inwave, Tzinah and many others. RazV saw his deeper cuts getting support on Innocent Music as he was helping run Unscene Records. With a passion for music, these three producers formed Baasmal in 2019. A journey through clubs, keyboards, smoke and bass to bring you electric soundscapes to create higher echelons of house music.

For this new episode of Schmaus, we are delighted to have Argentinian DJ and producer Nicolas Bouzas with us. After attending many parties, his attraction to electronic music became stronger and that’s when the deep house captivated him and inspired him to become a musician. He started producing his own sounds using all the tools available in order to innovate and create original deep house tracks. In time, his musical preference changed and he became attracted to the elements of experimental minimal music, so he started capturing the sounds of nature and mixing them with his deep foundation.

Soltanum on his real name Nicolai Soltan originally from the Republic Of Moldova, found his passion for electronic music back in 2008 where he started to play minimal techno in local clubs. After a while, he started to study the structure and production of electronic music. At the moment he resides in the UK and does not stop investing in his development. Since 2020, he is one of the founders of the Outpunkt label where he has already managed to establish himself in different genres such as minimal, micro house, deep tech, minimal house.
Over the past 2 years, he has managed to release his tracks on such labels as [Outpunkt/Welter records/The Lab (Ro)] and in anticipation of releasing by the end of this year on other labels such as [Concept/Eli Sound etc...
