@Iosif has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to develop his sound, which has been independently released so far.  We are thrilled to have him on the label, which takes us through to our 39th digital release; five original and distinctly iosif tracks. Two remixes courtesy of @Rolf Ono and @Cerec; Rolf Ono has roots in our back catalogue whilst this will be Cerec’s debut outing on Arupa Music. Sharp percussions glued together with glitchy but compelling rhythms, the evolving basses fill this release with a truly unique sound; a sound that can only be described as silky smooth and subtle, intriguing and evolving textures pave their way in familiar fashion. 

Iosif first blessed us with an insight into his musical prowess via podcast (#20); and has delivered an outstanding EP as promised.

@Hostox and @Sublee are two artists I deeply admire. When I listened to their tracks separately, I was inspired to capture the emotions from Hostox's  masterpiece"The Lake" and the energy from Sublee's groove "Don't U See Me."

I didn’t create anything new; I simply pressed play on both tracks at the same time to make two different vibes create the perfect balance between groove and emotion.

The titletrack means anticipation in German and this track could well be a warm-up for a future project between the two individual artists. But even if not, it still is a fantastic track for any party due to its hypnotic micro-melody created by the Star-Wars-like notes and the synths that follows a beat made to dance.

Reputed DJ and producer, veteran of the scene, label owner and guest of many parties in Zebra Club, Herodot could not have missed the tracklist of Telurian. At first, “Racun” seems to be a logical track that sounds dark and looks simple yet is not, having a complex architecture with many layers added gradually, giving the track colours and senses and creating in the end a beautiful state-of-mind, revealing the masterfull skills of an experienced artist.
