For an aggressive violent species we seem to have great unreasonable fear of anything that looks different than us. We seem to lack the self confidence/insight/character to ask questions first and attack later.
We should embrace difference, seek facts, trust ourselves and others

we are drowning in an ocean
of lies and fears and myths
it's easy to get lost
and do something you'll regret
so use your common sense
seek out the facts and truth
think for yourself and think of others
not as foes but as brothers

we all climb the same mountain
the slope is steep and slick
It is easier to get there 
if we offer a hand and not a fist
