Changing Boxes – Short Version – Meditation

Instructions:  This listening session utilizes the "Ahh" meditation. It is has been postulated that the sound of "Ahh" is the most primal and creative sound. It is included in the names of most Creators. Making this sound while visualizing your desire can have powerfully creative effects.

First, think of a clear picture in your mind of what you'd like to manifest. Be as specific as possible. Every minute or so, you'll hear a bell. When you hear the bell, inhale and begin to visualize your desire. A few seconds after the bell, you'll hear various "Ahh" sounds from various cultures and disciplines.

Either create the Ahh sound yourself, along with the voices, or visualize your desire while letting the voices fill your desire with manifesting energy as you slowly exhale.

It will also help if you visualize your third eye chakra open and radiating the same sounds.

The combination of focused breathing, visualization, and sounds of creation will have a powerful effect.
