THE FINISHING GENERATION CONGRESS WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2014 AND HAS SINCE BEEN A GROWING PLATFORM THAT UNITES YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS TO RISE UP AND BE THE DIFFERENCE IN SOCIETY. WE WORK TO PROVIDE EXHIBITIONS, WORKSHOPS, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS ALONG WITH ANNUAL CONFERENCES AWAY ALL TO INSPIRE, EQUIP AND CONNECT THE FUTURE LEADERS OF OUR GENERATION. THIS IS A YOUTH ENGAGEMENT THAT SEEKS TO NURTURE MORALS, VALUES AND PRINCIPLES  TO ALL AND WILL LAST WELL BEYOND THEIR YOUNG YEARS. DEVELOPING THE QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK WILL CATALYSE THE LIFESTYLE OF THE ‘BREED WITHOUT GREED’. 

WE BELIEVE IN A PARADIGM SHIFT FROM A PERCEIVED ‘LOST’ GENERATION TO A GENERATION RECONNECTED BACK TO SOCIETY IN LEGACY NO MATTER THE BACKGROUND OR UPBRINGING.  

WE ENDEAVOUR NOT TO DISRUPT BUT SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY FRAMEWORK BY HELPING TO DRAW OUT UNTAPPED PASSIONS AND ASPIRATIONS AND BROADENING HORIZONS TO MAKE IMPOSSIBILITIES POSSIBLE THROUGH A RANGE OF MENTORING SCHEMES, FORUMS AND NETWORKS.
