I have come a long way from reading vinyl record etchings and wondering who were the alchemists behind these alien sounds...  this mix fits together many different pieces behind my sound and shows how they are connected.

"Well, it's Halloween so I definitely had that in the back of my head while making it.  I tried to reach for some darker more brooding stuff, shit that would sound perfect while driving through the city on halloween.  I actually had this moment in my head, from when I was like 15 years old, when I heard Green Velvet for the first time.  It was on a college radio station that somehow had enough signal strength to make it up to my hometown this one night.  I remember it just barely made it through on this scratchy car radio, and I remember thinking like "Man who are these fucking people out there taking pills and listening to this shit... I want to find these people."  I think Halloween's a good time to get up to trouble..." Zentrix

Abyssal Experience (Darkpsy Mix)

The inspiration for this deep roots reggae track came from the natural awe the artist felt when witnessing the birth of his daughter. As Justin Cooney of Machet explains “It was another type of love that gave purpose to life.”  Horns drive the groove as the vocals fade out to dub style.   The natural vibration from the herb serves as an additional healing theme throughout.

Seamoon - Crystal Language EP

This EP is going more into the typical style Merkaba Music is known for: Deep psystep beats with pineal gland tingling leads and deep joyful  healing textures. 

Two tracks are written in 528Hz since i discover to enjoy to write on this frequency more and more. The last track also contains an constant 8hz binaural beat which it is said to have a realix and grounding effect on the body.

The EP will be released on Merkaba Music with in the next 2 month or so (around July 2016 maybe)

Matt Zentrix originated on the west coast of Canada, growing up in the rain drenched temperate rainforests, clear rivers, and salt stained beaches of cascadia.  He used to spend hours staring out of car windows listening to music and dreaming.  Now he travels the world and shares that music with all manner of strange and beautiful people, dancing together under jungle canopies, in abandoned warehouses, and on foggy mountaintops.
