Yiorgos (George) is a Greek Cypriot.

Born and raised in the south of Jozi, South Africa, Yiorgos began DJ'ing in a mate's garage turned bedroom on an old Gemini 626 and mismatched turntables... early influences include the legendary Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, Frankie Knuckles, Dave Seaman and the legendary Danny Tenaglia.

In his early 20's Yiorgos found a love for and became infatuated with deeper, darker, melodic, minimal underground rhythms and driving bass-lines.

The undertones and resonances in his track selection reflect his unique multicultural heritage (Greco, Afro & Egypto-Arabic).

Yiorgos has featured on ZA's D'Vibe Rekords Radio, Laminin Music's "The Phonic Escape", Blewbox, Culture Connection Radio (NYC), Sultry Sounds with AbouT_Time(UK), Underground Kollektiv Radio (UK), Ibiza Stardust Radio (ESP)and Deep House Auckland (NZ).
