Super Potion

Testing out this clean patch that I whipped up after not being satisfied with the Eric Johnson clean patch I downloaded. This patch is called "No More Whinnets". I also used my "Circa Survive Clean" copy for the lead mainly because it was a very different texture tonally than the chords being played. It's the same patch that I used in my cover earlier in the year for the chorus chords.

Also, tried a new snare mixing technique courtesy of Gingerbread (https://soundcloud.com/gingerbreadmusic/). His stuff is amazing and his knowledge about mixing is endless and I am eternally grateful that he is passing his wisdom unto me. It's a pretty subtle effect, but it adds a little bit more body onto the track and a bit more ambiance.
