Miss Nine was born in Germany as Kristin Schrot and at the age of 16, she started her career – not as a DJ, but as a model. Shortly thereafter, she secured a worldwide contract with Elite Model Management. After moving to Amsterdam, she discovered her passion for music which eventually led her become a DJ as well. 

German born Miss Nine has been a solid player on the dance scene 
for over a decade. With her eclectic musical taste ranging from 
energetic grooves with plenty of vocals to a deeper, progressive sound,
she turns heads and moves feet everywhere she performs.

She has played at virtually every A-list club and every major dance festival in the world, and has partnered with magazine such as Elle, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Shape magazine and iconic brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, John Paul Gaultier, Levis and Pioneer DJ Gear.

Miss Nine is also involved with Plan Nederland which is an organization that assists children all across the world. Her goal is to serve as motivation to children showing them that dreams can come true.

Spending a lot of time in the studio lately, she is currently finishing a brand new mini album which is expected to be release later this year.

Nine Sessions
Nine Sessions is Miss Nine's monthly show at radio stations in more than 35 countries, including DI.fm, Proton, Frisky and Dance Paradise. During this one-hour show, Miss Nine shares her favorite tracks of the moment with her listeners.

Campaigns
In 2010, Miss Nine has become the ambassador of the revolutionary Levi's® Curve ID line. To highlight this new line, she has mixed the compilation album Levi's® Curve ID. Besides spinning at many events, which are actively being promoted in Europe and Asia, Miss Nine also hosted Levi's® presents Miss Nine in the supperclub during the Amsterdam Dance Event.
Miss Nine is also the face of Pioneer for the new CDJ-350 en DJM-350, turntables that are meant for starting DJs. As part of a Europe-wide promotional campaign, video clips in which Miss Nine is demonstrating these turntables are being televised on MTV.

Vyvyan's journey in music and sound began in the comfort of his home, influenced by a family immersed in the arts. A prodigy in sound design, he honed his skills at SAE Institute, London, leading to a successful
career in computer game sound design, including a Golden Reel nomination for PS5's Spiderman game.
His unique soundscape draws inspiration from icons like Air, Boards of Canada, and Thom Yorke, creating
layers of sound that transport listeners into a trance-like state.

Aicha Djidjelli:
From the serene Essex countryside emerges a musical force, Aicha Djidjelli. A self-taught drummer, pianist,
and vocalist, Aicha has been crafting her unique style since the tender age of 12. Best known as a drummer
for Hans Zimmer's studio and live band, and for her contributions to numerous film scores, Aicha brings an
unexplored delicacy to VAA. Her multifaceted talents in piano, vocals, and songwriting, blend to push the
boundaries of music, creativity, and connection.

The Genesis of VAA:
Aicha and Vyvyan's paths crossed in 2018, bound by mutual friends and a shared passion for music. Their
diverse backgrounds and tastes in music instantly clicked, leading to the creation of VAA. Together, they
are not just making music; they are crafting auditory experiences that resonate with the soul.
